Miscarriage, Abortion, & Infant/Child Loss Support
Compassionate, judgment-free support through pregnancy loss, abortion, and infant or child loss, honoring your experience and your pace.
Childbirth Education
Evidence-informed, culturally responsive education that helps you and your support people feel prepared and confident heading into birth, including HypnoBirthing classes offered four times a year.
Infant Feeding Support
Personalized lactation and feeding support that meets your goals — including breastfeeding, chestfeeding, combo-feeding, pumping, or feeding formula.
Newborn Care
Hands-on guidance and reassurance as you adjust to life with a new baby, from feeding and soothing to sleep and everyday rhythms.
Sleep Training
Gentle, family-centered sleep support that respects your parenting values and your baby's needs.
We provide individualized support across pregnancy, birth, postpartum, lactation, and reproductive life transitions. Care may be layered, ongoing, and responsive rather than limited to a single moment or service.

Get Paired & Prepare
We'll connect you with a doula whose experience and approach feel aligned with your needs, meeting virtually or in person, wherever you're most comfortable. You'll also complete a detailed intake form to help your doula prepare for your consultation.

Free Consultatiom
Meet your doula and see if it feels like the right fit, with space for questions and connection.
5.
Begin Care
If you'd like to move forward, we'll send a simple contract to review and sign, then build your care plan together and welcome you into ongoing support.
